My grandson is very ill and the only help for these young people is "nothing". I was so in hopes that I could get a grant to send him to a school like "youth care" because my son does not have that king of money, Only the rich or minorities seem to get help. A struggling every day "Joe" gets the shaft. He is such a great 17 year old and heading for total mental disaster ...Help!!!
