I would like to find the information the grant Kevin mentioned to pay off credit cards too! My real question though, deals with Grants.gov. How do you actually find the grants you’re looking for? I can’t figure out how to do a search. Is it a matter of reading every single grant? I remember (in the infomercial) Kevin mentioning a form to fill out that would tell you which grants you might qualify for, but so far have been unable to find it!

The best place to look is in the library.

When I was going to college, I was researching grants, and I came upon grants for private use. I overlooked them at the time because I was interested in grants for school.

Go to your library, and ask for help. Another thing, you shouldn’t have to pay anyone to get access to these sites.

hey kevin, like many others here are wondering whats going on man.Eversince i got your book debt cures i’am trying like crazy to apply for grants or those freaking opportinities funding numbers. There is hardly any grants for individual use. I’ve been sitting infront of my pc all night storming my brains out how to do it. Where is the money that you claim its so easy to get. I really believed in you when i saw you commercial on tv. Its e-z selling your info but please let me know how to get some of these grants. And like sally said every site i click on everybody wants money for information on how to apply for it. That’s b.s my friend i’am loosing faith in you. I would like to know how to apply for grants since i payed all that money for your book. Don’t you think so. I’am very dissapointed. I almost don’t have any hair left that’s not good. Dear Kevin,

I have been trying repeatedly to apply for a grant through grants.gov and I feel like I’m going in cirlces. In addition, I read through chapter 24 and 25 trying the various grant websites and no luck. I also did the questioniare on benifits.gov. The grant opportunnities that were presented afterwards didn’t apply to me . They were geared towards organizations and not the individual. Help Help

I was just going to purchase the book and after reading everyones comments I guess that would be a waste.
My grandson is very ill and the only help for these young people is “nothing”.
I was so in hopes that I could get a grant to send him to a school like “youth care” because my son does not have that king of money, Only the rich or minorities seem to get help. A struggling every day “Joe” gets the shaft. He is such a great 17 year old and heading for total mental disaster …Help!!!

The people of America are lazy and want someone to hold their hand and walk them in the right direction, read for them and they get the benefit. It doesn’t work that way. READ THE FINE PRINT! It tells you everything you need to know. Some of us need to see thr info again and this time pay attention. There are no hand outs. You have to SEEK the proper information to obtain the process in applying for a grant that you may qualify for. He never said there is a grant for everyone because there isn’t. Now you can go the the government site your self or call them to get a hard copy of the grants available, what they are for and what you have to do to apply. Some grants you have to right a letter, submit a proprosal or request an application. THIS IS NOT NEW. I personally contacted the us government and was mailed a list of the grants that are available, which most are for BUSINESSES AND YOU DO HAVE TO QUALIFY. There are no handouts. i have read the book at the bookstore. i am confused by what’s in the book. i am looking for grants that will help with college but also for personal use like paying off debt or getting a brand new car. so far, i haven’t seen that but matthew lesko would talk about those kinds of grants all the time!

i am still doin research on grants and i am coming up with nothing. how can u get a grant when the govt still expects u to be poorer than poor? i am a college student who still lives at home. if anyone has any legit information about grants and where i can apply, no questions ask, contact me on here and we can exchange emails or use myspace thanx.

Unfortunately, I have finally come to the same conclusions as those of the most harh, blunt, and/or in despair comments posted here. We do all have to realize that we have been duped by a master salesman. It is becomming more and more easy for otherwise intelligent and cautios people to fall prey to these sorts of scams due the over-all economic climate. We must all recognize that trully, if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is. I remember thinking so as I watch the infomercial of Trudeus, but out of desperation and hope,I pushed that little voice aside. But this is my last time falling for these internet scams. Trudeau and others are self-serving and simply preying on the vulnerabilities of their fellow man. I knew it within mins of glancing through the book that it was mostly usely info. You might find a few useful tips, but they are the common things that everyone knows by now because of public info, things like how to get a free credit report. But what I find even more disturbing is that once you get your book and cd in the mail, you open it and find another offer for “one free financial counseling” and additional cd’s to help you with your dream, but it is a lure to bring you into yet another sales pitch. First it is a $99.00 Financial Analysis that they will build for you based on the info you give them of your debts, and it is all gleaned from you under the guise of just a nice operator person who is interested in you and your well-being, and they are most gracious listeners, giving you the opportunity to share your dreams and goals. I have said it before, that a scam I payed into would be my last (and quite actually I fare a lot better than most because I have only fallen for 2 or 3 with a totall loss of less than 100.00, but when you desperate $19.99 is a lot of money to just throw away), but after this Trudeau encounter, I mean it. Never Again! Nothing in life is free. Like one commenter wrote, if the Gov really were giving away as much free monies to the average little man like us, 2020 would have put it on the mike a long time ago, or would be doing so constantly. We have to all come up with some creative ways to generate some income as opposed to really thinking that we could sit at home, fill out a questions, pick a grant and magically huge sums of monies would arrive in our mailboxes just because we requested them. Another flag that Ignored while watching Trudeaus infomercial is his panel of adoring women…. that should be a flag to all of us if we really consider what they bring to the table, as opposed to what an actually success story could bring. Yes, he took a live call from his best friend who praised the results that he obtained, but I mean, really. Sincerely, one of the duped

Yes, there are a lot of scammers out there! But a lot of the info they solicit is actually usefull. Kevins debt cures book was very useful to me. I do admit though that I already knew that our REAL BANK ROBBERS ARE THE BANKS THEMSELVES, THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES, BACKED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND THE SWAT TEAMS. Kevin does not promise anything. His books clearly outline ideas and suggestions that can help dumb heads like me.

There are thousands of scammers everywhere, a lot of them are actually making a fortune. Believe you me, I have been scammed by hundreds of them at a cost so high I could buy a new car with it. THAT BEING SAID, LET ME TELL YOU THIS. I’M A SURFER FROM WAY BACK, I LEARNT THAT TO BECOME A GOOD SURFER, YOU HAVE TO TAKE A FEW WIPE OUTS. Last year I was laid off my Job of 29yrs. I lost my 401k and have no real retirement benefits, I am 62 yrs old, but I am very optimistic about the oportunities I face. The internet and other tools will still be one of the great assets. If used wisely can be the tools of great success. I can speak from experience, only because I have also experienced the dark side of its use,(believe you me there are many) You already know that!
NOW, DONT SIT AROUND AND WAIT FOR MONEY, GOVERNMENT GRANTS, OR THINK THAT YOUR TROUBLES WILL BE TAKEN AWAY BY SOME STUPID AD THAT SAYS YOU WILL WIN A MILLION DOLLARS IF YOU DO SUCH AND SUCH.BUT LEARN FROM THESE COME ON TEMPTERS AND USE THEIR TACTICS FOR YOUR SELF. If you truly need help then go to your family, friends, neighbors and/or church. America needs to stop looking for a free ride and get back to the basics. Work hard, love hard, and play hard. If you can’t work then do the other two harder. Most people reading this probably don’t even know who their neighbors are.

I made a purchase cost me $152 and change and I am yet to find the answer. What page did you had the answer, the one and only, for getting debt reduced and lowering the interest rates? It has not worked for me yet. Nor has it worked for my son and his wife, I bought them a copy as well. I guess we both need the page number for us to get some help.

People, people…think about it. Kevin is worth millions and millions of $$$$. How did he get it? He confused, convinced, and essentially conned the public into giving it to him in exchange for, well, bulll****! He’s bullsh*ted about calcium, he’s bullsh*ted about real estate. He’s even sold the Amazing Chop and Dice kitchen device! This book is no different. Do you think the US government would let him air these commercials if he was telling the truth? NO! They would shut him down in a heart beat! They aren’t worried. You saw him on TV Last night, right? I did! And he’ll be back on tomorrow night, too! His links don’t work, nothing he says in his ads is completely true, although the way he says it, it sounds like it. I am a disabled person, living on less than $900 a month disability. I chose to go back to school, since I was unable to work. I loved school when I was a kid, and I love it now. I went to Vocational rehab first. They suggested I get a Pell grant. I did. Curiously enough, after I got it, Voc Rehab kept paying for my school. So, the entire pell grant was mine to use for books, supplies, and transportation. After my second semester, I got a couple of scholarships. They paid for school, so the pell grant money and the voc rehab money came to me. But it isn’t that much..a couple thousand per year, and it doesn’t go that far when you consider that gas was 4.76 a gallon, college text books were costing me around $250 each, and even when you return or resell them, you only get maybe $25 back. Everything in America is a rip off. The wealthy have learned how to con the poor. Sadly, the poor don’t have their education, because they are forced to work just to stay alive. I know! I am still living at 170% BELOW the poverty level. I am still working on my education. And pretty soon, the pell grant will run out. Then I am at the mercy of scholarships and grants. But, in my search for scholarships, I’ve found literally more than 300,000 provided by private corporations, or funds set up in memory of someone, or organizations like the Human Rights Commission, etc. So, yes, there is money out there. For starting a business, for going to school, for housing supplements. but you have to jump through the right hoops in order to get at it. Call you congressman, go to the public library, ask for help. Go to a case worker at DHS, or DCF. That’s Department of Human Services, or Department of Children and Families. Contact your local agriculture county extension. Find what you need by being diligent, asking questions of people you know. Don’t be shy. The info it out there, it may not be the magic genie lamp you are promised by Kevin, but it is out there. Just DON’T COUNT ON GETTING RICH ON IT! It doesn’t work that way. And shame on you, Kevin, for making it sound like you are selling the genie and the lamp!

Like all of you, I have seen the commercials on TV and wondered if these books are true. I am a sceptic about free money. Like you all, I’m in a little dept and just need a little money to get out of debt. Not trying to get rich, just a little help. I just wish I found this site and read all these comments, before I ordered the books. Looks like no one has been successful yet….Mmmmmmm…But now they are on the way. I don’t understand, those who have access to the websites that he claims you can use to get free money that are not working, say what they are and you can beat him at is own game. Some of the stuff in the book is good knowledge. he grants, well you do have to qualify. Women and minorities have a good chance. There is no money to pay off the bills as he makes it seem, he plays the bank loan against bank loan game. Not good. If you need help to pay the unsecured debt for $.25 to $.40 of the dollar owed then I can send you where to a company that I am working with. It is a good company. And they have the BBB seal.
