Do Kevin Trudeau Debt Cures Work?

By admin

We live in a world that revolves around debt. You start off with no debt, but before you know it you’re up to your eyeballs in debt. You’ve got debt for your house, debt for your car, and debt for miscellaneous things that you purchased with a credit card. You’ve probably even got debt for your education. How did you get so deep in debt? The bigger question, however, is this: what can you do to get out of debt? There are a few people who claim to have the answer, but no one is as widely known as Kevin Trudeau.

Kevin Trudeau debt cures book, which is titled, Debt Cures “They” Don’t Want You To Know About, was released in 2007 and like his other “they” books, such as Natural Cures “They” Don’t Want You To Know About and The Weight Loss Cure “They” Don’t Want You To Know About, this book claims to have answers about debt problems and how to solve them. Kevin claims that the things he has to reveal are cures that many people know, but that they aren’t allowed to tell, for it would bankrupt the credit industry, which would be a bad thing. The book has information that some people have found to be very helpful in assisting them to get out of debt so that they can live a more comfortable lifestyle, but that other people claim his books have information that has already been released, and that some of it is common sense.

It doesn’t matter if everyone believes that the book works; only that those people who need to learn from it are able to learn from it. And either way, Kevin earns more for writing another high-earning book.

I need to know how to handle a collector. I have the Debt Cures book and hope to find the answer.

This is a collector for less than $300 for dental work.

I have been out of work for a year, told the the dentist that I was out of work but did pay $1,000.00 down for the work.

This collector is threatening to sue me, have a warrant placed for my arrest for theft of services, and has called me a liar and a thief. More than once.

With this issue, I have over 45K in debt with some credit cards. I have used Kevin’s strategies from his book. One of many working for me is write the credit card company or collector (if it’s reached this status) and tell them you are basically insolvent and looking at a chapter 7 bankruptcy plan or negotiator to work between you and the creditor or collector. Also, indicate that you wish to not be contacted by phone any further, and all communication can be done via USPS. This is based on the new credit card and collection laws established by the US Government around a year or two ago. This will by you time. Also, check to see what state you are in. Depending on your state’s laws the creditor/collector has between 2-6 years to collect on you or the statue of limits are reached where the debt is not collectable. You basically skip you debt, but will take a hit on your FICO report as a negative. That is hang for around 10 years before it drops off. May be something to consider if you’re not planning on any major purchases in the near future. The bottom line, the collector can NOT threaten you, and if so, can be found liable for inappropriate collection practices. Contact the FTC and FCC about this issue for further info. Also, see if this collector is a respected collector, or a crook. There’s lots of crooks in the collection business. Check the BBB in the location the collector is at to see their grade and reputation.

    Good luck.
