I have couple of qustions;

1) what projet(s) concerning the insurance company.. the way they increase your premium without tell you. eg one auto insurance increase my premium and when i called the representative told me people ask for too much claims that is why. Also the health insurance increase the payment without even you using the insurance for the whole 12 month.

2) Do greencard holder have right to apply for grant?
