I called to order your book and was told the shipping and handling was $11.95 (for a book rate??) and if I wanted it sooner I would have to pay extra. Seems you are trying to pull the same crap the banks and the government are! Shipping is shipping in the U.S.and with the new flat rate boxes (the post office not only has a low flat rate of about $9.00, they supply the boxes!!!), you need to decide if you are in the book selling business or the shipping business.

I watched a couple informercials, read reviews and tried to order your book — 3 x. Apparently, you are waiting for the Feds to buy you out or your website is out, in either case, perhaps that is why it isn’t sold in stores. If you want us to buy your book, make it available. If not, please pull it. We have enough crap in our lives as it is.
