I read your book and called Greedy Bank of America and got no results. Instead got my credit line lowered then and told they can’t lower my rate. I made three phone calls to them , one return call from a manager and now it’s gone from bad to worse. No matter what I tried they said no.They said they could not negotiate my rate even if I siad I would take my business else where. Either I screwed up or they have new tacticts.
